The Email Templates section in MarketerPanel can be accessed by navigating to Settings > Email Templates. This feature enables you to create pre-defined email templates for communicating with customers about order status, support queries, or any other relevant updates, saving you time while maintaining professional consistency.
These templates can also be accessed and used on individual order details pages within the Website Orders section. Simply click on the "Send Email" button in the order details popup, select the appropriate email template, and send a professionally formatted message to your customer quickly and efficiently.
In this section, you can view a list of all email templates created for quick use.
- Template Name: Identifies the purpose of the template, such as "Order Status Update" or "Support Email."
- Email Subject: The subject line of the email that will be sent.
- Status: Displays whether the template is active or inactive.
- Actions: Edit or delete existing templates using the respective icons.
Follow these steps to add a new template:
- Click the Add Button at the top-right corner.
- Fill out the following details:
- Name: Provide a recognizable name for the template (e.g., "Order Confirmation").
- Subject: Enter the subject line for the email (e.g., "Your Order Has Been Confirmed!").
- Message: Write the email body text. You can insert variables to personalize the message dynamically. Ensure variables are enclosed in square brackets, like [ORDER_NUMBER].
- Click Save to add the template to your list.
Use these variables to personalize your email templates. They will automatically pull relevant customer data when the email is sent:
- [EMAIL]: The customer's email address.
- [NAME]: The customer's full name.
- [ORDER_NUMBER]: The unique identifier for the customer's order.
- [TOTAL_AMOUNT]: The total amount paid for the order.
- [ORDER_DATE]: The date the order was placed.
- [ORDER_STATUS]: The current status of the order, such as Pending, Completed, or Cancelled.
- Edit: To modify an existing template, click the pencil icon in the action column, make the required changes, and save.
- Delete: Remove a template by clicking the trash icon. This action cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
- Use a professional tone and ensure the content is clear and concise.
- Preview the email before saving to confirm that variables are correctly formatted and functional.
- Keep inactive templates in the system for future use by disabling them instead of deleting.

How It Works:
