MarketerPanel provides a centralized interface for managing all SMM website orders seamlessly. This guide explains how to use the Web Portal Orders section for effective order management, processing, and troubleshooting.
Website Orders Screen
The SMM Website Orders section is accessible by navigating to Orders > Website Orders. Here’s a detailed overview of what you can do:
Order List View:
- Displays a comprehensive list of all SMM website orders with key details:
- Website Code: Identifier for the website.
- Order Number: Unique order identifier.
- Order Status: Displays current order status.
- Order Date: Date and time of the order.
- Customer Name & Email: Buyer’s information.
- Order Amount: Total order cost.
- Payment Method: Mode of payment used.
- Action Buttons:
- View Icon (Eye): View order details.
- Lock Icon: Displays order lock status:
- Red Lock: Order locked for auto-processing.
- Green Unlock: Order unlocked for manual processing.
- Displays a comprehensive list of all SMM website orders with key details:
Filter Orders:
- Filter orders by date range or order status for quicker navigation.
Search Orders:
- Search orders directly in the list using customer names, email, or order numbers.
Advanced Search:
- Click the Search Order button for more refined searches:
- Select the desired SMM Website.
- Enter the Order Number.
- Click Search to retrieve specific order details.
- Click the Search Order button for more refined searches:
Manual Sync Orders:
- If automatic synchronization is insufficient, click the Sync Orders button to pull the latest orders from your SMM website to MarketerPanel.
View Order Screen
Clicking the View Icon (Eye) opens the detailed order screen. Here’s what you can manage:
Order Details:
- Website Code, Order Number, Customer Information, Payment Details, and Order Notes.
- Includes a list of ordered services with options selected by the customer (e.g., likes type, quality, location, etc.).
SMM Order List:
- Displays all processed sub-orders submitted to SMM panels:
- Panel Code, Order Number, Date, SMM Service, Quantity, Link, Remaining Amount, and Status.
- Drip-Feed, Subscription, Refill Order's Sub Orders Details and Processing Buttons
- Displays all processed sub-orders submitted to SMM panels:
Activity Log & Notes:
- View detailed logs of order actions, status changes, and notes for internal or customer use.
Send Email:
- Click the Send Email button to message the customer directly.
- Select an email template, modify the subject/message, and send.
(Ensure SMTP settings and templates are configured before use.)
Update Order Status:
- Unlock the order by clicking the Red Lock Icon, turning it green.
- Click the Edit Icon next to the order status to modify it.
- Add notes visible internally or to the customer on the SMM website.
Note: If the order status is "Completed," change it to "In Process" first for manual processing options to appear.
Process Order Manually:
- Unlock the order by clicking the Red Lock Icon, turning it green.
- Click Place Order to open the SMM Panel Order Form:
- Select the SMM Panel and Service.
- Verify or enter the required fields (e.g., Link, Quantity).
- Click Place Order to submit to the SMM panel.
Once done, re-lock the order if you want it to synchronize statuses automatically via the cron job.
- By default, all orders are locked for automatic processing.
- Unlocking an order allows for manual processing and editing options.
- Locked orders are automatically processed and their status updates are synced with the SMM panel via the cron job.
