Learn How to Set Up Email SMTP for Sending Emails to Your Customers

The Email SMTP Settings section is accessible by navigating to Settings > Email SMTP in MarketerPanel. This section enables you to configure email settings, allowing you to send emails directly to your customers from the Individual Order Details Page in the Website Orders section.
Why Configure Email SMTP?
Email SMTP configuration enables seamless communication with your customers by allowing you to send order updates, notifications, and more. You can either use your existing SMTP credentials or purchase SMTP services from a third-party provider.
Email SMTP Settings Overview
SMTP Host:
Enter the SMTP server address of your email service provider (e.g., smtp.gmail.com).SMTP Port:
Specify the SMTP port number (e.g., 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL).From Name:
Provide the name that will appear as the sender in the customer's inbox.
From Email:
Provide the sender's email address that will appear on the emails sent to your customers.Reply-To Email:
Specify the reply-to email address where customers' replies will be directed. If left blank, replies will go to the From Email address.SMTP Username:
Enter the username or email address used for authentication with the SMTP server.SMTP Password:
Enter the password or app-specific key associated with the SMTP username.
- Navigate to Settings > Email SMTP in your MarketerPanel account.
- Fill in the required fields as explained above.
- Click Update to save your changes.
You can edit or update your SMTP details anytime to ensure uninterrupted email functionality. Changes will take effect immediately once saved.
- Ensure the SMTP credentials you use are accurate and active.
- If using a third-party provider, verify their specific SMTP settings for optimal configuration.
- Incorrect SMTP settings may result in email delivery failures.
- Note: MarketerPanel only provides the facility to send emails. Any incoming emails or reply emails from customers will go to the sending email inbox or the reply-to email inbox you configure.
