Order synchronization between your SMM website, SMM panels, and MarketerPanel is essential for seamless order management. However, sync issues may arise due to misconfigurations or connectivity errors. This guide provides step-by-step troubleshooting for resolving common order sync problems.
MarketerPanel handles the synchronization of:
- WooCommerce Orders (SMM Service Orders): Orders placed on your WooCommerce-based SMM website are synced to MarketerPanel for tracking and processing.
- SMM Panel Services: Orders received on MarketerPanel are routed to the connected SMM panel services for fulfillment.
When sync problems occur, orders may not appear in MarketerPanel, may remain unprocessed, or fail to sync with SMM panels.
Common Order Sync Problems and Solutions
1. WooCommerce Orders Not Syncing to MarketerPanel
Issue:
Orders placed on your SMM website (WooCommerce orders) do not appear in MarketerPanel.
Solution:
Check Website Integration:
- Ensure your WooCommerce website is connected to MarketerPanel.
- Verify that WooCommerce API settings (API URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret) are correctly configured in Retail Websites > Web Portals.
Verify API Permissions:
- Confirm that the WooCommerce API key has Read/Write permissions.
- Regenerate the API key if necessary and update it in MarketerPanel.
Sync Manually:
- Navigate to Order Managementr > Web Portal Orders in MarketerPanel.
- Click the Sync Orders button to manually sync orders.
Check Cron Jobs:
- Ensure cron jobs for syncing WooCommerce orders are set up and running correctly.
- Refer to our MarkterPanel guideline for detailed instructions.
2. Orders Stuck in Processing Status on MarketerPanel
Issue:
WooCommerce orders synced to MarketerPanel remain in "Processing" status and are not submitted to the SMM panel.
Solution:
Check Service Mapping:
- Verify that the WooCommerce services (SMM website services) are correctly mapped to SMM panel services in Social Media Panels > SMM Service Mapping.
Verify SMM Panel Connection:
- Go to Social Media Panels > SMM Panels and check the status of the connected panel.
- Sync the SMM panel services by clicking the Sync Icon under the Action column.
Check Auto-Processing Settings:
- Ensure auto-order processing is enabled for the specific SMM panel in MarketerPanel.
3. Orders Failed to Submit to SMM Panels
Issue:
Orders synced to MarketerPanel fail to process with the SMM panel services.
Solution:
Verify API Credentials:
- Ensure the API URL and API Key for the SMM panel are correctly configured in Social Media Panels > SMM Panels.
- Double-check the API request format (JSON or Form Data) and update it in MarketerPanel if needed.
Check WooCommerce Order Data:
- Ensure all required order data (e.g., quantity, URL, options) is collected correctly in WooCommerce.
- Validate the fields in Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce.
Test API Connection:
- Use tools like Postman to send a test API request to the SMM panel.
- Refer to the panel's API documentation.
Check Panel Balance:
- Ensure sufficient funds in the SMM panel account to process the orders.
4. Orders Not Updating After Fulfillment
Issue:
WooCommerce orders remain incomplete in MarketerPanel even after being fulfilled by the SMM panel.
Solution:
Verify API Sync:
- Confirm that the SMM panel API supports status updates.
- Manually sync the order statuses by clicking the Update Staus button in Order Management > SMM Panel Orders.
Enable Automatic Sync:
- Enable automatic status syncing for the SMM panel in its settings in MarketerPanel.
Check Cron Jobs for Status Updates:
- Ensure cron jobs for syncing order statuses are configured and active.
Best Practices to Avoid Sync Problems
Regular Syncing:
- Sync services and orders manually if automated sync fails.
Monitor API Credentials:
- Keep API keys and secrets updated in both WooCommerce and SMM panels.
Test Before Going Live:
- Submit test orders to validate the configuration between WooCommerce, MarketerPanel, and SMM panels.
Maintain Panel Balances:
- Ensure sufficient funds in connected SMM panels to avoid failed orders.
