1. How does billing work on MarketerPanel?

MarketerPanel uses a dynamic pricing structure based on the number of orders processed each month. Your plan adjusts automatically based on the order volume, ensuring you are charged fairly according to your usage. Charges are calculated per website, with each site billed separately based on its order slab.

2. What happens if I exceed my order slab?

If your monthly order volume exceeds your current slab, your account will automatically shift to the next slab for that month. The adjustment ensures uninterrupted service and accurate billing for your increased usage.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

MarketerPanel accepts multiple payment options to make transactions convenient:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Cryptocurrency: Payments via Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other popular cryptocurrencies are supported for flexible and secure transactions.
4.a Are there additional charges for required plugins and themes?

Yes, MarketerPanel requires the Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce plugin for processing orders from your SMM website. Additionally, the website theme used in the Web Pro Plan is also a one-time charge. These costs are separate and not included in the MarketerPanel subscription, regardless of whether you are on the Panel Pro or Web Pro plan.

No, MarketerPanel’s pricing is fully transparent. You only pay based on your monthly order slab, with no other hidden fees or additional charges.

Invoices for your subscription and usage are available in the Invoices section of your dashboard:

MarketerPanel does not store your payment information for security reasons. You will need to manually enter your payment details each time you pay an invoice. This ensures your payment data remains secure and private..
