This guide explains in detail how to set up WooCommerce products (SMM services) on your website. Follow the steps carefully to ensure your SMM website is configured correctly for integration with MarketerPanel.

Prerequisites

Before adding services, ensure the following plugins are installed and your WooCommerce store settings are completed:

  1. WooCommerce
The backbone of your eCommerce store, enabling product management and order handling.

  2. Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce
Used to create custom fields like quantity, URLs, or service options.

  3. Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce
Allows you to add custom order statuses for smoother processing.

  4. WooCommerce Payment Gateway Plugins
For payment processing through gateways like PayPal, Stripe, etc.

Setting Up Prerequisites

1. Set Custom Order Status

To enable smooth auto and manual order processing, add two custom order statuses:

  • In Process
  • In Review

Steps:

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Custom Order Status > Add New.
  2. Enter the Order Status Name (e.g., "In Process").
  3. Set the Slug, Icon, Color and Text Color for the status.
  4. Click Publish.

Repeat these steps to create the "In Review" status. For a full list of order statuses, refer to our Order Status Guide.

2. Hide Option Item Total

To ensure the WooCommerce product pricing displays correctly:

  1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Extra Product Options > General > Final Total Box.
  2. Under Show Options Total, select Hide.
3. Set Up WooCommerce Categories

Categories help organize your SMM services for better navigation and customer experience.

Steps:

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Products > Categories.
  2. Enter a Category Name (e.g., "Instagram Services").
  3. Click Add Category.
  4. Repeat the steps to create categories for other services (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Steps to Add a New Product (SMM Service)

Once you’ve completed the prerequisites, follow these steps to add an SMM service as a WooCommerce product:

1. Add a New Product
  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Products > Add New.
  2. Enter the Product Name (e.g., "Instagram Followers Package").
  3. Add a detailed Product Description to explain the service.
  4. Upload a Product Image relevant to the service.
  5. Select a Product Category or create a new one.
  6. Add Product Tags to improve SEO visibility.
2. Configure Product Data
  1. Product Type

    • Select Simple Product and check Virtual since SMM services are non-physical.
  2. General Settings

    • Enter the Regular Price and optional Sale Price.
    • Calculate pricing carefully, ensuring your margin covers the cost from the SMM panel.
  3. Inventory

    • SKU: Set a unique SKU or use a plugin to auto-generate.
    • Stock Status: Select In Stock.
3. Configure Extra Product Options

This step is critical for adding the necessary fields to collect customer details.

  1. Add Elements

    • Go to Extra Product Options > Add Element.
    • Choose elements like Range Picker, Select Box, or Text Field to capture order details (e.g., quantity, URL, audience).
  2. Set Element Class Names

    • Assign predefined class names to identify elements required for order processing (e.g., "quantity" for quantity fields).
    • Go to the Added Element > Edit Element > CSS Settings, and enter the Element class name. You must use predefined fixed class names for proper functionality. For a complete list of these class names, refer to our Custom Class Names Guide.
  3. Price Calculation

    • Set prices for extra elements to ensure accurate calculations.
    • Refer to Extra Product Options documentation or our pricing examples for guidance.
  4. Save and Publish

    • Save the product after configuring the elements.
    • Click Publish to make the product live.
Example Configuration for an SMM Service

  • Product Name: Instagram Followers Package
  • Options Added:
    • Quantity (Range Picker with class "quantity")
    • Profile URL (Text Field with class "url")
  • Pricing: Base price + quantity-based pricing via Extra Product Options.
Repeat the Steps

Repeat the above steps for each SMM service you want to add to your WooCommerce store. Ensure all required elements are set for proper functionality.

Congratulations!
